Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting fair trade artisans! Because our items are individually handcrafted, each piece is uniquely one-of-a-kind.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags intact.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Artisanal Variations Minor variations in color, weave, or pattern are inherent to handmade products and celebrate the craft of our artisans. These variations are not deemed defects.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@mayanft.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and external packaging so we can issue a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items Custom items, clearance/sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
