My bag has arrived today. When I was buying it, it felt like I was taking a huge leap of faith. It's an expensive bag and even though theoretically you can return it if something is wrong, you probably have to pay your own postage. And then, who wants to deal with that? But the bag was checking every single need I had: big enough for all my work-related stuff, several pockets, elegant and well-made, but most importantly I could carry it as a purse or a backpack. So I decided to buy it (with my husband's eye roll). It is a beautiful bag and all the customizations came as I asked them. I needed a white lining and a laptop pocket. I also asked for a longer shoulder strap, which I am not even sure I'll ever use; the handles and backpack straps are more than enough. I hope I'll last a long time! Thank you!

I had been searching for a nice work tote since Dec, returning many that were far from the description or the not matching the quality presented in pictures UNTIL I found this bag. Simply stunning with unheard of customer service. I will definitely be purchasing again.
