Shipping policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within two business days.
Usually, all the orders are shipped by Fedex, occasionally by DHL

Currently, it is not possible to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

When we ship, a tracking code is provided.

Regarding the import taxes in Canada and the United States of America, they are usually free of duties, but other countries may charge them.

Mayan Fair Trade LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We carefully pack the boxes to ensure the customer receives them in good condition. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
