Wonderful purchase

Lillian was so wonderful to work with. She sent photos of bag prior to shipping and one small thing wasn’t exactly how I was hoping and she insisted on making a whole new bag for me. I told her that wasn’t necessary but she did it anyways. I bought a extra pair of backpack straps as well. The quality on everything is amazing!
