As soon as I opened the package the item was ripped and the beads inside were falling out. I contacted the seller immediately. The only response I received was asking which product. No communication after that, except 5 days later receiving a refund amount for less than what the item even cost. This damage didn't happen during shipping this was clearly a poorly made product. And the customer service was horrible- no apology and no responses just a credit for less than what I even paid. Very disappointing, I have been purchasing from Etsy for years and have never had any issues until this purchase.

The sack is good quality. I also ordered the knit one, which my son likes better. Both are as described and well-made. Seller is responsive. Shipping was a bit slow, but the item has not been available faster from any other seller. It's a high demand item at the moment. I would order from this seller again!
